4. Processing molding

although PES is a high-temperature engineering thermoplastic resin, it can still be processed according to conventional thermoplastic processing technology. Injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, compression molding or vacuum molding can be used. High mold temperature is helpful to molding and reduce the stress caused by molding. Generally, the injection molding temperature is 310 ~ 390 ℃, and the mold temperature is 140 ~ 180 ℃.
